Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP)

The role of the Black Belt is to manage DMAIC projects and processes at an organizational level. The Black Belt should be skilled in project management, leadership, analytical thinking, adult learning styles, and organizational change management. Black Belts spend their time running projects, helping Green Belts, teaching, and doing analytical work. They work closely with the projects Champion to ensure the project goals are being communicated with the projects stakeholders.
