Active Learning Strategies in an Online Classroom

This presentation will define the term “Active Learning” and provide examples of the various active learning techniques that can be applied to any discipline in any online course to create an interactive and engaging student learning environment. During the presentation, participants will learn about the various active learning strategies such as case studies, simulations (role play), and games, in order to build learners’ critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
