Course Development Training: Revising Courses

This badge is awarded to subject matter experts (SMEs) who have applied evidence-based theories and frameworks to mark revisions on documents used to produce an online course at American College of Education (ACE). SMEs collaborate with curriculum development team to use specified formatting to recommend changes to an existing ACE course. They research content, select required readings, design engaging discussions, plan career-relevant assignments, and assess the need for changes to educational videos. Through collaboration and feedback, SMEs quality assure content, revising and editing their work to production-ready standards.
