2025 CPS Executive Fellowship

The CPS Executive Fellowship is designed to expand the capabilities of current principals, preparing them for system-wide leadership roles within Chicago Public Schools in the near future. Developed through a partnership between Chicago Public Schools and the Kellogg School Center for Nonprofit Management, this program blends hands-on experience, personalized coaching, and targeted training to create a well-rounded learning experience utilizing a ratio model of On-the-Job, Social, and Formal learning (OSF). This differentiated learning and continuous improvement will accelerate skill development. With this design, the CPS Executive Fellowship aims to create a transformative experience that benefits both individual leaders and the district as a whole.
