SMILE Leadership COA
The SMILE Leadership Management Training Program provides IHOP restaurant leaders with the training, tools, and practical experience to effectively manage day-to-day restaurant operations within brand standards and in a manner that creates guest satisfaction and leads to the continued growth and success of the restaurant, the franchise organization, and the brand.
Recipients of this credential may have qualified under a previous IHOP Restaurant Management Training Programs such as Eyes of the Operator or Leading our Brand. Those recipients may have been grandfathered into the SMILE Leadership program.
Recertification becomes a requirement of the SMILE Leadership program beginning in 2022 to ensure that credential holders maintain current knowledge of IHOP's brand standards and operating practices.
