IHOP Training Department is committed to providing our Franchisees with the education and skills necessary to successfully run day-to-day operation of an IHOP Restaurant. We provide training using blended learning consisting of eLearning modules, on the job training, and classroom based learning.

This certification is awarded to individuals who have completed Flip'd Leadership Skills Training through the Brilliant at the Basics Workshop.
