Flip's SMILE Leadership COA

The Flip'd SMILE Leadership Management Training Program provides Flip'd restaurant leaders with the training, tools, and practical experience to effectively manage day-to-day restaurant operations within brand standards and in a manner that creates guest satisfaction and leads to the continued growth and success of the restaurant, the franchise organization, and the brand. Recertification is a requirement of the SMILE Leadership program to ensure that credential holders maintain current knowledge of the Flip'd by IHOP's brand standards and operating practices.
