Flip'd SMILE Leadership - In-restaurant Management Skills Training

This certification is awarded to individuals who have completed in-restaurant Flip'd Management Skills training. Typically this occurs when an individual is working towards completion of the Flip'd SMILE Leadership Program and certification as a Flip'd by IHOP Restaurant Leader.
