Flip'd SMILE Leadership - In-restaurant Team Member Position Training

This certification is awarded to individuals who have completed training in all core team member positions within the restaurant. Typically this occurs when an individual is working towards completion of the Flip'd SMILE Leadership Program and certification as a Flip'd by IHOP Restaurant Leader. Certification in all core hourly positions is the first milestone in the Flip'd SMILE Leadership program. Core team member positions are: Cashier and Cook.
