SMILE Leadership - In-restaurant Team Member Position Training

This certification is awarded to individuals who have completed training in all core team member positions within the restaurant. Typically this occurs when an individual is working towards completion of the SMILE Leadership Program and certification as an IHOP Restaurant Leader. Certification in all core hourly positions is the first milestone in the SMILE Leadership program. Core team member positions are: Prep, Wet Grill Cook, Dry Grill Cook, Fry Cook, Sandwich Cook, Egg Cook, Combo, Host, Server, and ToGo Specialist.
