SMILE Leadership - Brilliant at the Basics Leadership Skills Training

This certification is awarded to individuals who have completed IHOP Leadership Skills Training through the Brilliant at the Basics Workshop. Typically this occurs when an individual is working towards completion of the SMILE Leadership Program and certification as an IHOP Restaurant Leader. Certification in IHOP Leadership Skills through Brilliant at the Basics is the final milestone in the SMILE Leadership program. The Brilliant at the Basics covers a wide range of topics including: Servant Leadership, Right Talent, Right Team, Brand Protection, iHospitality, Sales, Cost, and Profit, and Turnover & Retention.
